Payment is normally authorised and/or charged when you place your order. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
If payment cannot be authorised or is declined, we may be unable to accept or fulfil your order.

Failed or Declined Payments

An order is not considered successfully placed until payment has been successfully authorised.
Refunds

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
